Need a schedule change?

When you submit a request to change your class schedule, it must be approved from an administrative team member and the tutor before next steps. It is NOT the co-op's policy for tutors to return or refund any tuition paid prior to any adds or drops. Add/Drop charges are an administrative drop fee of $20 per class/per student or administrative add fee of $10 per class/ per student if the student is adding a class from "With Parent" or "Off Campus". These charges will be made payable through the website upon approval by the tutor and administrative team. Please see the grid for the Add/Drop timeline on next page. Process of Add/Drops:

1. Contact Tutor(s) and Admin about changes

2. Complete the online form

3. Receive payment link to pay the administrative fee

4. Wait to hear from tutors for adds or confirmation of the drop.

Please allow up to 3 days before your schedule can be approved due to communication with all tutors. Until this time please do not attend class or pay tutors until you have received a WELCOME EMAIL from your tutors.

*If you drop a class on a Monday or Tuesday you will not be able to attend your new class until you have the Welcome Email.
